Mrs. Ameshia Al-Badani has been a dedicated K-5 educator for 21 years, inspiring students and colleagues with her expertise and passion for teaching. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Alabama State University and has consistently demonstrated her talents as an effective teacher and mentor.

Specializing in teaching reading to 2nd-grade students, Mrs. Al-Badani has successfully implemented initiatives such as the ACAP program and other testing strategies. Through her innovative teaching methods and supplementary instruction, her students have achieved a remarkable 15% improvement in their I-Ready Testing scores each quarter.

At Brewbaker Primary School, Mrs. Al-Badani maintains high academic standards, ensuring consistent upward trends in internal testing averages. Her impact extends beyond academics, as she focuses on the individual growth and development of each student. She has conducted supplementary tutoring sessions for struggling and special needs students while fostering a classroom environment that motivates and inspires all learners.
