- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made after 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of $50.
- Refund Policy for Services: Payments for services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Walker's Place management.
2. Products (Books and Digital Materials)
- Return Policy for Physical Books:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the book within 30 days of delivery.
- The book must be in its original condition with no damage.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Upon receipt of the returned book, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any shipping costs.
- Return Policy for Digital Materials:
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with the download or access to the material, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
3. Retainer Fees
- Retainer fees are non-refundable. They are applied toward the first hours of service as outlined in our pricing structure.
